The Laurel Home’s home fragrance collection is available in 4 scents: Signature, Daphne, Apollo, and Laurel. Each one can be used year-round and brings a beautiful balance of earthy and bright tones to fill your space.
Signature: like walking into a Marriott resort lobby. This new formula will take you to a resort pool with an Aperol Spritz in your hand. Bright yet calming, grounded with hints of greenery and cedar.
Key Notes: Orange Zest | Jasmine | Cedar
Daphne: a bright and tangy scent with hints of orange, grapefruit, black currants, and amber. This scent is perfect for your whole home throughout the year. Use Daphne when you are seeking energy and clarity.

Apollo: is like curling up in a vintage leather chair with a classic book and a glass of wine. It is a perfect balance between burnt oak and sandalwood brought to life with citrus and clove. This is an intense scent meant to help with focus and healing.

About The Candles
The Laurel Home does not decorate with words, signs or labels. That means you don’t have to spend time scraping off branding labels! Each candle vessel is elegant, understanded, and made to fit with any decorating style.

Each candle from The Laurel Home is made with coconut apricot wax. This wax is clean burning, biodegradable, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, and comes from renewable sources. It is silky smooth burn after burn. All added fragrances are free from toxins, phthalates, carcinogens, and animal cruelty.

All candles from The Laurel Home are made from a vegan blend of natural apricot, coconut, and soy.

All candles are poured without dyes. This allows the natural creamy color of the wax be the star of the show.

Burn candle within sight. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 6 inches between burning candles. For maximum burn time, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4"; remove wick debris from the way pool after each use. Always burn on a heat resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
About The Maker
Home Is My Favorite Place.
There really isn’t any place I would rather be. Tinkering around in my joggers, hair pinned back, no makeup on, dog at my feet. Is there really anything better? I feel like my best self at home. I take being called a “home body” as an enormous compliment!
The Laurel Home: How It Began
When I get an idea in my head, it doesn’t leave. Sometimes the idea comes out of thin air while driving to Colorado on a family vacation. Such was the case when I was struck with the idea that maybe we should move. This idea really came out of left field. I thought we would be in our current home ‘til the end. Instead we spent hours (and hours) on that trip looking at homes on our phones, talking about what we all wanted, and deciding if we should make the jump.
A phone call to our agent and a few house tours later and we had made up our minds. Within a few weeks, we had settled on the builder, lot, and model…all because I got an idea in my head while driving through the Flint Hills in Kansas.
Why Candles
The smell of a place provides me the most lingering memories. I cherish scents that invite and relax me. When I built The Laurel Home, I wanted to fill my home with fragrances that did just that. As a two-time cancer survivor, I also wanted those candles to be clean burning and non-toxic. I love burning The Laurel Home’s candles in my home and hope you will too.
